Shipping policy

Silver Harvest Studio uses USPS and UPS for all domestic shipping. Orders will be tracked and insured. Orders will be shipped in 1 – 3 business days. 

Silver Harvest Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed parcels. Any of the previously stated issues need to be addressed with the shipping company. Any insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.

If expedited shipping is needed, at an additional cost, please contact Silver Harvest Studio.

Silver Harvest Studio uses UPS for international orders. Orders will be tracked. Customs fees and other fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Silver Harvest Studio is not responsible for determining custom fees or other fees and will not be able to assist in providing estimates.
